My signature one-on-one coaching program is created to meet your personal health goals and concerns. Everything is customized to you from beginning to end with me there supporting, educating, cheering, and empowering you all along the way.
Because my one-on-one coaching services are catered to my clients they work and they last. It’s not enough to reverse your pesky symptoms if you don’t know how to keep them from returning. Because the program is created for you, it will fit into your life, be actionable, and be sustainable. This is a winning combination!

During our time together you will have the opportunity to share your health goals and concerns. I will go over how Nutritional Therapy works and what it’s like to work with me. I will happily answer any question you have and together we can determine if Nutritional Therapy is right for you.
Choose Your Payment Package
I do require a 3-month commitment. Nutritional Therapy is never a one-and-done venture and does require time and effort. I also need to know you’re ready to make the dietary and lifestyle changes that are necessary to get you the results you desire. My 3-month package includes a 90-minute Initial Consultation, a 60-minute follow-up, and 5 additional 45 minutes sessions. I offer support between sessions on a private chat feature on my client portal, and you’ll receive 15% off recommended clinical-grade supplements at my dispensary.
There are two pricing options, 3 monthly payments of $550, or pay in full and receive 10% off for a total of $1485.
