  • Three months of personalized coaching

    • You and I will work together over the next 3 months to move you toward your health goals. We will come up with a customized plan, with your personal needs and desires top of mind. I will teach you to eat in a way that properly fuels your body, balances your blood sugar, improves your metabolic health, and gets you into a fat-burning mode so you can lose some weight.

  • Seven one-on-one coaching sessions

    • You will have 7 live video coaching sessions with me during this 3-month program, one 90-minute initial consultation and five 50-minute follow sessions.

  • Two in-depth reviews of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)

    • The NAQ is a powerful tool I use to determine what is and what isn’t going well in your body. This in-depth questionnaire looks at your digestive health, blood sugar balance, vitamin and mineral needs, adrenal health, and so much more. It gives us a great place to start as you begin your journey to better health. Completing this assessment 2 times during your 3-month program will make sure we are staying on track and moving toward your health goals.

  • Access to my food and lifestyle journals

    • In my client portal are food and lifestyle journals where you will track your food, blood sugar, movement, sleep, etc. This is a powerful tool we’ll use together to keep you on track and make sure you are creating lasting habits.

  • Private chat support

    • Inside my private client portal, you will have access to a chat feature where you can get your questions answered or simply reach out for some support. I am here to guide you, encourage you, and be your biggest cheerleader!

  • Various handouts and resources to support you in your journey

    • I will provide you with everything you need to be successful on your journey to better health, things such as food lists, snack lists, recipes, a pantry cleanout handout, information on how to track your blood glucose readings, and more. It will all be customized based on what is needed for you and your specific health goals.
