Hi, I’m Ginger
I’m a Holistic Nutrition Coach and I love helping people heal and feel their best by fueling their bodies with a whole-food, nutrient-dense diet. My passion is for those with metabolic health issues such as metabolic syndrome, prediabetes, and type 2 diabetes.
All the way back in high school, I began to struggle with severe depression which only got worse with time. In my early 20s, I was given the official diagnosis of depression and promptly put on medication. That diagnosis was followed by one of insomnia, anxiety, and eventually bipolar.
I was told there was no cure, and the only option was to manage for life with medication. I felt hopeless and defeated. The medications never worked for long, which meant a rollercoaster of meds. There were many side effects, many of which required additional medications to manage. I gained over 30 pounds, I constantly felt like I was in a haze, I had no motivation, and I lost interest in just about everything.
At my lowest point, I discovered the ketogenic diet. In over 20 years of seeing doctors, not one of them ever talked to me about diet. It never dawned on me that my depression had anything to do with food, I was told it was a chemical imbalance. Well, let me tell ya, within just a few months of eating a keto diet I was able to come off 5 medications, my brain became clear and sharp, my mood completely leveled out, my anxiety disappeared, and I very quickly dropped all the weight I had gained over the years. My entire outlook on life changed, all from changing the foods I was eating.
I became so passionate about this, that I had to go back to school to learn absolutely everything I could about food as medicine. This is 100% why I do what I do and why I’m so passionate about Keto Clear! I want you to experience the healing and quality of life I now get to enjoy every single day.

Absolutely not! How long you’ll need to do keto, and even your personal macros on YOUR keto diet will vary depending on your personal health goals and your metabolic health. This is all discussed inside the program so you can determine what is right for you.

If you pick the self-study version you can start today! As soon as you sign up you’ll get access to the welcome module with full access to the week one module the following day. If you’d like to be a part of the group program, get on the waitlist and I’ll let you know when I’m offering that option again. I typically offer it 1-2 times per year.

If you choose the self-study version, inside my client portal where you’ll go through the program, there is a chat feature where you can get all your questions answered. It might be self-study but that does not mean you’re 100% on your own!
If you join the group version, you will have weekly Zoom calls with me and the other participants, as well as access to a private Facebook group, so very easy to get those questions answered there as well.

Absolutely! I do not do meal plans and instead, encourage you to learn how to build an appropriate keto plate. You are free to eat anything off the food list, you’ll just want to stay within the appropriate keto macros which will encourage ketosis.

With the self-paced option, there is no such thing! You’ve got access to the course and all the supportive materials for life so just get back to it when you can. You can pick back up where you left off or start over. Whatever feels right for you!
