Have you received a diagnosis with a mental disorder such as depression and been told it’s a chemical imbalance? Have you been told that there is no cure and that managing with medication is the only option?

This is the standard treatment for depression, and many other mental health issues, and it can feel overwhelming and hopeless to be told that there is no cure. And the medications can often have unpleasant side effects.
